Most of our products are covered by their manufacturer warranty. If you receive a defective item/items, please Contact Us and provide us with your name, email, phone number, and Order number. You MUST provide with this information if you would like a quick and simple return process. The more information you provide us, the quicker and easier the return process will be for both us and you.
We ship items within 72 business hours. We cannot expedite any order. Your order will be shipped out within 72 business hours. No exceptions.

We can ship most products to all states with limited exceptions. If your shipping address is outside of the United States, please contact us for further information about shipping to your location. We only ship via FedEx Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
